NEWS 15.08.
The Open Futurity final levels 1 and 2 ended with no surprise. The horse
with the highest score of the go round took the lead in the final as
well: as the last competitor in a field of 18,
Tarysmart (OT
Taris San Peppy x Smart Ladybug) and Fabiano Cestari scored a 220 which
earned them the 2014 Futurity Championship levels 1 and 2. Tarysmart was
bred by Giuditta Foti and is owned by the Tarysmart Syndicate.
It was another big success for 26-year-old Fabiano
Cestari who comes from close to Milano and has been working in Germany
now for three year. Fabiano rode with Davide Brighenti and Martin Gamper
and was an assistant trainer of Daniel
Schlömer in 2010. He now has got his own training business in
Gaimersheim / Bavaria. His achievements include the 2010 ICCA
Championship Open and Int. Open as well as many national titles in
Italy.
Star Whiz It (Star Spangled Whiz x Hollywood Betsy Cody) and Stefano
Cerutti became Reserve Futurity Champion scoring a 219. The mare was
bred and is owned by Agostino Novaresio.

The Non Pro Futurity
final Lebel 1 of the 3-year-old horses ended with a tie on first place
between Victoria Gun (Gatling
Gun x LJ As Orderd)
with Austrian Rudolf Maurer in
the saddle and Last Docky Oak (Stylishlite
x Surprise Doc Topsail)
under Italian rider
Mattia Camisi. Both had earned a 213 in a field of eight finalists. The
following run off decided in favour of Victoria Gun who once more got a
213 which was the Non Pro Futurity Champion title Level 1. The Paint
Horse mare was bred by Laura Welsch.

NEWS 14.08.
45 horses had been
entered for the Open Go round of the AustrianRHA Futurity 3-year-old
horses. Here,
NRHA Million Dollar Rider Rudi Kronsteiner rode top score 219.5
in Level 4 aboard
Magnum
It (Magnum
Chic Dream x Dun It The Hard Way) . The AQHA gelding was bred by
Charlotte Decoster and is owned by Dr. Daniela Ratschew. Rudi who
already won the Austrian Futurity Level 4 Open twice, showed the gelding
in his usual professional style with beautiful circles and speed control
as well as fine spins and stops. Kronsteiner,
who is once more part oft he Austrian team of the 2014 WEG, also rode
Chex Out My Banjo (Banjo
Whiz x MRS Chexinic, owner Dorothee Leitmeier)
to sixth place of
the Level 4 Open Go Round scoring a 216.
Italian Fabiano Cestari and his AQHA stallion
Tarismart (O
T Taris San Peppy x Smart Ladybug) placed second scoring a 218.5. This
was also the lead in Levels 3, 2 and one for the stallion bred by
Giuditta Foti 4.

In the Level 4 Open
Go Round 4-year-old horses, Grischa Ludwig and
Lil Smokeing Gun (Smart
Chic Olena x Playguns Smokin)
took the lead scoring a 219.5. It
was another big success for
the renowned German trainer who will ride for his country during the
2014 WEG. Grischa’s latest achievements include team gold and individual
bronze at the 2013 FEI European Championships, NRHA Breeders Futurity
and NRHA Breeders Derby Champion. Lil Smokeing Gun was bred by Jim
Babcock and is owned by de Bruin Reininghorses. With this stallion,
Ludwig won the Jackpot Open
during the LQH Reining Masters 2014.

The AustrianRHA Futurity Non Pro Go round 3-year-old horses ended with a
tie on first place in Levels 3 and 4 between KD Gotasparklingwhiz
(Walla
Walla Whiz x Parkin Crome) with Kelly
Deelen, Netherlands, in the saddle and
ER Baby Jane
Surprise
(One Gun x Surprise Moonlite) with Andrea Iannetta in the saddle.
Both had earned a 213 in a field of 17.
Both riders have
been successdul Non Pros for years. Kelly Deelen was NRHA European
Futurity Non Pro Champion Level 1, 2 and 3 as well as NRHA European
Affiliate Reserve Champion.
She bred her AQHA stallion KD
Gotasparklingwhiz herself. For Andrea Iannetta, Wiener
Neustadt has been a successful place several times before.
Here he claimed silver at the 2011 FEI European Championship Young
Riders and last year, he won the Non Pro Trophy at the Austrian
Futurity. His 3-year-old
Paint mare ER Baby Jane Surprise was
bred by Elisabetta Raviola.

NEWS 14.08. 24 horses were entered for the Non Pro Futurity Go Round 4-year-old horses. Here, What A QT Whiz and Katja Jungfer took the lead in Levels 4 and 3 after a superb performance earning a 217.5. And the success was even better for Katja, as she also bred the 4-year-old stallion. He is by her exceptional stallion Dunit On The QT, who was NRHA Breeders Futurity Champion. His dam Im A Classy Whiz has got NRHA LTE of more than $50,000. With her, Katja won the IRHA Derby Non Pro L1 and 2 as well as the NRHA Roleski Int. Non Pro Derby. What A QT Whiz already has git an impressive show record himself. With Rudi Kronsteiner in the saddle, the stallion was 2013 AustrianRHA Futurity Open third, Americana Open Futurity Champion and NRHA Breeders Futurity Open Reserve Champion (after a run off).

The Rookie
Professional started the 2014 AustrianRHA Futurity & NRHA Show. The
winner of this first class was Kristina
Bengyakova aboard Cocca Eagle. The 9-year-old AQHA mare by Pretty
Much Eagle out of Kaliz Golden Night who is owned by Helmut Jaschke,
scored a 203.5. Kristina Bengyakova
has been a member of Sylvia Rzepka’s team in
Mitterndorf since 2011 now. There she is responsible for horse training
and the lessons of the riders. Austrian Gabriela Wendlinger and the 4-year-old mare Jewel Del Cielo (XP Absolute Rooster x Zena Kaliz Dee Dun, owner Robert Windisch) placed second.
